This project is located along the Rio Grande bosque in Albuquerque, NM – providing a stunning backdrop as well as an important conceptual mandate in the design process. Being the latest building planned for a multi-lot “compound”, it was important to the owner to maintain the connection with the bosque. 

We achieved this, in part, through how we allocated the building program, and in part by creating a screened tower that acts as an exterior anchor among the trees.
